Let’s be honest, you’re not where you want to be, and much less where you could be if you enlisted the right help.
In my experience, few people ever realize just how indispensable mentorship/coaching is to their personal and professional development. Generally speaking, our ego prevents us from understanding what is required to actually change. “We’ll figure it out on our own,” we tell ourselves. Unfortunately, rarely is this true. Indeed, it’s a kind of self-deception. You see, it’s not just that we’re deceiving ourselves that is the problem. It’s that we don’t know we’re deceiving ourselves that creates our greatest limitations.
It isn’t at all uncommon to think that your greatest challenges are external – that they exist outside of yourself. But the truth is that your greatest challenges lie within, not without. In other words, ultimately, we are responsible not just for where we are, but more importantly, for who we are.
You know what you will get if you continue doing what you have always done. The question now, however, is whether or not you want something different.
I look forward to learning what you decide.
